Check-in/out times:

Our check-in time is from 3pm.
Please advise us if you are arriving after 6pm.
Our normal check-out time is 10.00 am.

Cancellation policy: If you do have to cancel your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee if this is done at least 7 days before your stay. If within 7 days - there will be no fee charged if we are able to re-let the accommodation. If we cannot re-let the accommodation there will be a charge of 50% as a cancellation fee.
